Deposit Policy:
To guarantee your reservation, one night deposit with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) is required at the time of your booking. Bank transfer will be accepted upon request. The deposit will be charged by the hotel upon receipt of the reservation. On reservation of four (4) nights or more half of the stay will be charged as a deposit to garrantee the price per night. You may change the departure date up to and including 7 days prior to the arrival date, subject to availability. If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee applies. In the event that you fail to arrive on the intended date or arrival, your reservation will be released and the deposit will be forfeited. Upon request your reservation can be reinstated subject to availability. Late check-outs charges apply.
Please note that all changes are subject to availability. In the event that changes are not made with compliance with the terms herein, you will be directly and fully responsible to the hotel for any or all fees or charges imposed, including loss or damaged of the rooms and hotel inventory.
No shows will be charged for the full length of stay reserved.
Cancellation Policies: No charge if reservation is cancelled 3 days prior to arrival. After that there will be a one (1) night charge. In group reservations we will charge for the whole stay if not cancelled within 7 days prior to reservation. In long stays (7 or more days) or groups the cancellation must be written or send by e-mail. An email with a cancellation code will be sent to you.
